Obituary

Mr. Kenneth "Kenny" Aucoin, age 59 of Woodville, Florida, passed away at his home on Monday, March 18, 2019.

Kenny Aucoin was born in Presque Isle, Maine on May 19, 1959 to Frances & Donald Aucoin.

Kenny moved to Lake Corpus Christi, Texas during the summer of 1980 and worked at the Marina.

Kenny fell in love with an outgoing and bubbly, Angela "Angie" Maples, who he deemed the love of his life on February 15, 1998 and later married her on that same day in 2006 in Tallahassee, Florida.
He cherished the 21 years they shared together.

He was a loving father to his only son from his previous marriage, Stephen Aucoin, and immensely proud of all his accomplishments.
He was a doting brother and adored his youngest sister, Heidi Dutton, as they shared a genuine love of animals and a deep sibling bond.

Kenny had a strong work ethic and didn't shy away from hard manual labor.
He looked forward to relaxing in the comforts of home at the end of every day, watching the sunset and enjoying a cold beer with his wife.

Kenny was kindhearted and had a gentle demeanor. He was a man of few words, compassionate and honest.
He was a committed husband and had an unwavering loyalty for friends.
He stood up for what he believed in and never backed down to compromise his values.
Kenny had a natural sense of humor, enjoyed making people laugh and was loved by many.
He also loved games and sports of any kind, but the New York Giants & Florida State University were his all time favorite teams.

Left to cherish his fond memories, Kenny Aucoin, is survived by his wife: Angela Aucoin of Woodville, Florida and beloved pets: Ziggy & GiGi; his son: Stephen Aucoin & (wife, April) of Texas; his sisters: Heidi Dutton & (husband, Stuart) of Tallahassee, Florida and Deborah Kines of Crawfordville; Florida; Three (3) grandchildren: Annah Aucoin, Madison Aucoin & Bryson Aucoin of Texas; and best friend: Wendell Lovely of Texas.

Kenny Aucoin is preceded in death by his loving Mother, Frances Aucoin of Woodville, Florida and sister, Lori Dawson of West Virginia.

A gathering for Family & Friends will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at his home from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
