Ms. Pichard Olivia Kelley age 51, of Quincy, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018, following an extended illness. She was a native of Wakulla County and had lived in the area most of her life. She enjoyed cooking, fishing and going to the beach, and loved helping others, especially her family and friends. She is survived by her mother: Nancy (Robert) Hamilton of Old Town, FL; her son: Jerry Allen Tippler of Crawfordville; brother: Chris Hart of Ft. Smith, AR; her sister: Delcena (Zachariah) Thomsen of Old Town, FL; her companion: Joe Kelley of Quincy, FL; grandchild: Brianna Tippler, of Springfield, MO.; aunts: Ruth (Johnny) Greene and Bertie Mae Hancock all of Spring Creek; uncles: Albert (Ruby) Porter of Spring Creek and Isham Porter of Sopchoppy; and numerous other family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held 11:00am, Monday, March 12, 2018 in the chapel of Forbes Funeral and Cremation Services, with Rev. Michael Hall officiating.
